Stat. tit. 78, § 78-105","heading":"Civil penalty","body":"A person who violates Section 3 of this act shall be liable to\n\nthe State of Oklahoma for a civil penalty of not less than Five\n\nThousand Dollars ($5,000.00) nor more than Fifteen Thousand Dollars\n\n($15,000.00) per violation, which civil penalty shall be in addition\n\nto any other relief which may be granted under Section 4 of this\n\nact.
