Registration of a trademark pursuant to the provisions of\n\nthis title shall be effective for an initial term of ten (10) years\n\nfrom the date of registration and, upon application filed within six\n\n(6) months prior to the expiration of such term, on a form to be\n\nfurnished by the Secretary of State, the registration may be renewed\n\nfor successive periods of five (5) years. A renewal fee of Twenty-\n\nfive Dollars ($25.00), payable to the Secretary of State, shall\n\naccompany the application for renewal of the registration.\n\nB.
