Stat. tit. 78, § 78-32","heading":"Remedies","body":"Any owner of a trademark registered under this act may proceed\n\nby suit to enjoin the manufacture, use, display or sale of any\n\ncounterfeits or imitations thereof and any court of competent\n\njurisdiction may grant injunctions to restrain such manufacture,\n\nuse, display or sale as may be by the said court deemed just and\n\nreasonable, and may require the defendants to pay to such owner all\n\nprofits derived from and/or all damages suffered by reason of such\n\nwrongful manufacture, use, display or sale; and such court may also\n\norder that any such counterfeits or imitations in the possession or\n\nunder the control of any defendant in such case be delivered to an\n\nofficer of the court, or to the complainant, to be destroyed.\n\nThe enumeration of any right or remedy herein shall not affect a\n\nregistrant's right to prosecute under any penal law of this state.","path":["OK Code","Title 78"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os78.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"747ccbd74189880783e6ec607d83df90ad8a6f95e64d18e086d2ed891c9e6e1b","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-78-78-31","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-78-78-33"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
