Stat. tit. 78, § 78-83.1","heading":"Imported honey - Labeling - Exemptions","body":"No person shall sell, keep for sale, or expose or offer for\n\nsale, any honey as defined by Section 81 of this title which\n\noriginates from a country other than the United States of America,\n\nunless there is printed on the package containing such honey a\n\nstatement specifying the country from which the honey originated.\n\nAny honey imported into this state in violation of the provisions of\n\nthis section shall be subject to confiscation by the State\n\nDepartment of Health.
