Actual or threatened misappropriation may be enjoined. Upon\n\napplication to the court, an injunction shall be terminated when the\n\ntrade secret has ceased to exist, but the injunction may be\n\ncontinued for an additional reasonable period of time in order to\n\neliminate commercial advantage that otherwise would be derived from\n\nthe misappropriation.\n\nB. In exceptional circumstances, an injunction may condition\n\nfuture use upon payment of a reasonable royalty for no longer than\n\nthe period of time for which use could have been prohibited.\n\nExceptional circumstances include, but are not limited to, a\n\nmaterial and prejudicial change of position prior to acquiring\n\nknowledge or reason to know of a misappropriation that renders a\n\nprohibitive injunction inequitable.\n\nC.
