Stat. tit. 79, § 79-103","heading":"Violation a felony - Fine","body":"Any bridge or other contractor, partnership, corporation,\n\nassociation of contractors, or any other person, or any director,\n\nofficer or any receiver, trustee, clerk or agent, or other person\n\nacting for them or employed by them, who alone or acting with any\n\nother contractor or other person, partnership, corporation or\n\nassociation, shall willfully do or cause to be done, or shall\n\nwillfully suffer or permit to be done, any act, matter or thing\n\nherein prohibited or declared to be unlawful, or who shall aid or\n\nabet therein, or shall willfully omit or fail to do any act, matter\n\nor thing herein required to be done, or shall willfully cause,\n\nsuffer or permit any thing directed to be done, not to be so done,\n\nor shall aid or abet or advise such omission or failure, or shall be\n\nguilty of any infraction of this article, shall be guilty of a Class\n\nD1 felony offense, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any\n\nsum not exceeding Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00), or imprisoned\n\nas provided for in subsections B through F of Section 20N of Title\n\n21 of the Oklahoma Statutes, or both, at the discretion of the\n\ncourt.\n\nR.L. 1910, § 8244.
