Any person, other than a municipal corporation, who violates\n\nSection 3, 4, or 8 of Enrolled Senate Bill No. 1357 of the 2nd\n\nSession of the 46th Oklahoma Legislature is guilty of a Class C2\n\nfelony offense, if the offense occurs on or after the effective date\n\nof Section 20.1 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes. If the\n\noffense is committed prior to the effective date of Section 20.1 of\n\nTitle 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes, the person, other than a\n\nmunicipal corporation, shall be guilty of a Class C2 felony offense\n\nand shall be punishable by incarceration as provided for in\n\nsubsections B through F of Section 20M of Title 21 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes. A violator shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine\n\nnot to exceed Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) per violation.\n\nB.
