Stat. tit. 8, § 8-186","heading":"Ingress to and egress from certain cemeteries","body":"Any cemetery in this state consisting of ten or more grave\n\nspaces, lots, crypts or niches, including but not limited to,\n\nlocations on property held in fee title, by leasehold, estate or\n\neasement by the state, any county, municipality, district, religious\n\nor fraternal organization, corporation, nonprofit corporation,\n\npartnership, association, individual or trust or charitable or\n\neleemosynary institution, shall be allowed sufficient ingress to and\n\negress from such cemetery by allowing the establishment of streets,\n\nroads or other public rights-of-way for such purpose.
