Stat. tit. 8, § 8-1a","heading":"Burial charges - Failure to pay","body":"Every cemetery in this state shall have the power to establish\n\nand impose reasonable charges for the burial of persons in the\n\ncemetery, unless prohibited by law. Failure to pay such charges\n\nshall be a misdemeanor and upon conviction be punishable by a fine\n\nof not less than Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) nor more than\n\nFive Hundred Dollars ($500.00).
