Stat. tit. 8, § 8-204","heading":"State Burial Board Administration and Enforcement Fund","body":"abolished - Transfer of funds.\n\nA. There is hereby created a fund to be known as the \"State\n\nBurial Board Administration and Enforcement Fund,\" and all fees\n\nreceived by the Board under the provisions of this act shall be paid\n\nto the Board and shall by it be deposited to the credit of such\n\nFund. The Board shall have the authority to employ and fix the\n\ncompensation of personnel necessary for the administration of this\n\nAct, and to incur and pay such expenses as are deemed necessary by\n\nthe Board for such purpose. Such compensation and expenses shall be\n\ndisbursed from the State Burial Board Administration and Enforcement\n\nFund upon vouchers drawn and approved by the Board.\n\nB. The State Burial Board Administration and Enforcement Fund,\n\ncreated pursuant to subsection A of this section, is hereby\n\nabolished. On July 1, 1992, any unencumbered funds remaining in the\n\nState Burial Board Administration and Enforcement Fund shall be\n\ntransferred to the credit of the Fund of the State Board of Funeral\n\nDirectors and Embalmers, created pursuant to Section 396.14 of Title\n\n59 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
