Stat. tit. 8, § 8-209","heading":"Treasurer's bond","body":"The treasurer of every burial association, who shall be the\n\ncustodian of the funds of the association, shall file with the\n\nOklahoma State Board of Embalmers and Funeral Directors a bond, in\n\nthe form prescribed by the Board, running in the favor of the State\n\nof Oklahoma, executed by an insurance company authorized to do\n\nbusiness in this state, and to be conditioned that the trust fund of\n\nthe association will be held and administered in accordance with the\n\nprovisions of this act, which bond shall at all times be equal to,\n\nor in excess of, the trust fund but which in no event shall be in an\n\namount less than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00).","path":["OK Code","Title 8"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os8.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"00fc2403ffefbe3ddd8f1852952a04c6b5cb69de03a77044f955b44eb83bfaa1","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-8-8-208","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-8-8-210"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
