Stat. tit. 8, § 8-223","heading":"Procedure for revocation or refusal to renew agent's","body":"license.\n\nA hearing before the Board for the purpose of revoking or\n\nrefusing to renew a burial agent license shall be had only upon a\n\nsworn complaint signed by a complainant, or a show cause order\n\nissued by the Board, after a copy thereof has been served on the\n\nagent and the burial associations for which the agent is licensed or\n\nwhich have made requisition for such agent.\n\n(1) The sworn complaint and the show cause order shall be\n\nconcise and definite in such a manner so as to apprise the agent of\n\nthe nature of the charge.\n\n(2) The agent and the interested burial associations shall be\n\nserved at least ten (10) days prior to the date of the hearing.\n\n(3) Formal rules of procedure or evidence need not be observed\n\nby the Board in the conduct of the hearing.\n\n(4) At the expense of and at the written request seasonably made\n\nby an interested party, the Board shall cause a full stenographic\n\nrecord of the proceedings to be made by a competent stenographic\n\nreporter, and if transcribed such record shall be made a part of the\n\nBoard's record of the hearing.\n\n(5) The Board at the conclusion of the hearing shall make its\n\nwritten findings, decision and order, and a copy thereof shall be\n\nserved on all interested parties.\n\n(6) Any party aggrieved by any findings, decision or order of\n\nthe Board, may appeal within twenty (20) days after receipt of the\n\nfindings, decision and order to the district court of Oklahoma\n\nCounty by filing with the clerk of said court a petition for review\n\nof such findings, decision and order, together with a certified copy\n\nof the proceedings of the Board. The court shall determine whether\n\nthe appeal shall operate as a stay of the order of the Board.
