At a meeting of the burial association held in accordance\n\nwith the bylaws of such association, the burial association may vote\n\nto dissolve the association.\n\nB. Upon the affirmative order of the burial association, the\n\nburial association shall be deemed dissolved. The board of\n\ndirectors of the burial association shall file notice of such\n\ndissolution with the Secretary of State.\n\nC. All debts, liabilities and obligations of the association\n\nshall be paid and discharged upon the dissolution of the burial\n\nassociation. The association shall issue a certificate of guarantee\n\nfor the full amount of the policy to each beneficiary. The\n\ncertificate of guarantee may be redeemed for goods and services only\n\nat the time the death of the beneficiary occurs and shall not be\n\nredeemed for cash.\n\nD. Upon filing with the Secretary of State of notice of\n\ndissolution, the association shall cease to carry on its business\n\nexcept insofar as may be necessary for the winding up thereof.\n\nE. Each member of the burial association shall be notified of\n\nthe dissolution of the association.\n\nF. The Oklahoma State Board of Embalmers and Funeral Directors\n\nshall be provided notice within ten (10) days of the dissolution of\n\nany association. A list of all members who have been provided\n\ncertificates of guarantee shall be provided to the Oklahoma State\n\nBoard of Embalmers and Funeral Directors and will be maintained in\n\nthe records of the Oklahoma State Board of Embalmers and Funeral\n\nDirectors.\n\nG.
