Stat. tit. 80, § 80-13","heading":"Federal land - Filing of acceptance","body":"When the State of Oklahoma receives written notice from the duly\n\nauthorized official or agent of the United States of America that\n\nthe United States of America desires or is willing to relinquish to\n\nthe State of Oklahoma jurisdiction, or a portion thereof, over\n\ncertain lands owned by the United States of America, the Governor\n\nmay accept such relinquishment when deemed advisable.
