Stat. tit. 80, § 80-4.1","heading":"El Reno Federal Correctional Institution and El Reno","body":"Federal Prison Camp - Jurisdiction.\n\nJurisdiction shall be, and the same is hereby ceded to the\n\nUnited States over the tract of land comprised within the limits of\n\nthe El Reno Federal Correctional Institution and El Reno Federal\n\nPrison Camp, an area about three thousand five hundred ninety-five\n\n(3,595) acres in Canadian County; provided, however, that the State\n\nof Oklahoma reserves concurrent jurisdiction to enforce the criminal\n\nlaws of the State of Oklahoma within the said correctional\n\ninstitution and prison camp; and reserves the right to serve civil\n\nor criminal process within said correctional institution and prison\n\ncamp in suits or prosecutions for or on account of rights acquired,\n\nobligations incurred, or crimes committed in said state but outside\n\nof said correctional institution and prison camp.","path":["OK Code","Title 80"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os80.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"7f2b7f9818f36e7e9c79901ad5aca06edc203037a4f00dc6371f960d2254b3c3","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-80-80-4","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-80-80-4.2"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
