Stat. tit. 80, § 80-4.2","heading":"Oklahoma City Federal Transfer Center - Concurrent","body":"jurisdiction.\n\nNotwithstanding any other provision of law, concurrent\n\njurisdiction is hereby ceded to the United States over the tract of\n\nland comprised and any tracts of land hereafter comprised within the\n\nlimits of the Oklahoma City Federal Transfer Center, a facility\n\nwhich is leased to the United States and located at the Will Rogers\n\nWorld Airport in Oklahoma City, County of Oklahoma. The State of\n\nOklahoma reserves concurrent jurisdiction to enforce the criminal\n\nand civil laws of this state within the correctional facility.
