Holders of permits shall be required to report to the\n\nOklahoma Water Resources Board annually their use of water pursuant\n\nto their permits. Willful failure to report annual usage may result\n\nin cancellation of the permit by the Board upon proper notice and\n\nhearing as provided in the Administrative Procedures Act.\n\nB. Holders of permits which use groundwater in connection with\n\nan animal feeding operation which houses swine and primarily uses a\n\nliquid waste management system where animals are primarily housed in\n\na roof-covered structure shall be required to indicate such use in\n\ntheir annual water use report. Such holders shall also indicate\n\nwhether or not the animal feeding operation is licensed pursuant to\n\nthe Oklahoma Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations Act.\n\nC.
