Stat. tit. 82, § 82-1020.14","heading":"Prior use of groundwater","body":"Nothing in this act shall be construed to deprive any person of\n\nany right to the use of ground water in such quantities and amounts\n\nas were used or were entitled to be used prior to the enactment\n\nhereof.
