Stat. tit. 82, § 82-1020.17","heading":"Spacing rules","body":"The Board may promulgate rules under Article I of the\n\nAdministrative Procedures Act which establish a proper spacing of\n\nwells which, in its judgment, is necessary to an orderly withdrawal\n\nof water in relation to the allocation, by regular permits and\n\ntemporary permits, of water to the land overlying the basin or\n\nsubbasin.
