Stat. tit. 82, § 82-1020.18","heading":"Location exceptions","body":"When it is shown in an individual proceeding that to require the\n\ndrilling of a well at the prescribed location should be inequitable\n\nor unreasonable and that criteria and conditions established by the\n\nBoard in rules are met, the Board shall authorize a well location\n\nexception and permit the well to be drilled and completed at a\n\nlocation which varies from that previously established. Rules\n\npromulgated by the Board shall establish the criteria and conditions\n\nunder which location exceptions may be authorized.
