Stat. tit. 82, § 82-1020.19","heading":"Metering of wells","body":"\n\nUpon request of a majority of the landowners residing within a\n\nbasin or subbasin, the Board is authorized to require that water\n\nwells be metered and that such meters as the Board shall approve be\n\nutilized by the applicant and placed under seal, subject to reading\n\nby the agents of the Board at any time.
