Stat. tit. 82, § 82-1020.21","heading":"Wells within municipalities","body":"A municipality has the authority to regulate or permit the\n\ndrilling of domestic and industrial water wells within its corporate\n\nlimits. A municipality may use the water allocated to the platted\n\nland within its corporate limits provided the municipality can make\n\nwater available to the platted land, and a permit therefor is\n\nobtained from the Oklahoma Water Resources Board.
