Prior to making orders establishing the tentative maximum\n\nannual yield for major groundwater basins or subbasins therein, the\n\nOklahoma Water Resources Board shall make hydrologic surveys and\n\ninvestigations.\n\nB. Prior to making orders establishing the tentative maximum\n\nannual yield for minor groundwater basins or subbasins therein, the\n\nBoard shall prepare reports using information from hydrologic\n\nsurveys and investigations of groundwater basins or subbasins having\n\nsubstantially the same geological and hydrological characteristics\n\nand data from wells in such basin or subbasins and other relevant\n\ninformation.\n\nC. The Board is authorized to cooperate with state, federal and\n\ntribal agencies engaged in similar surveys and investigations and\n\nmay accept and use the findings of such agencies.
