Stat. tit. 82, § 82-1020.7","heading":"Application for permit to take and use groundwater","body":"Any person intending to use groundwater shall make application\n\nto the Board for an appropriate permit as provided in Section\n\n1020.11 of this title before commencing any drilling for such\n\npurposes and before taking water from any completed well heretofore\n\ndrilled. Such application to take and use groundwater shall be on a\n\nform provided by the Board and pursuant to the rules and regulations\n\nestablished by the Board.
