Stat. tit. 82, § 82-1021.4","heading":"Content of petition","body":"The petition shall be signed by the petitioners, filed with the\n\ncounty commissioners of a petitioning county and the county\n\ncommissioners of a participating adjacent county within the proposed\n\ndistrict, and shall contain the following information:\n\n1. A specific description of the county or counties within the\n\nproposed district;\n\n2. The names and addresses of all of the permit holders who\n\nhave signed the petition within the proposed district as reflected\n\nby the permit records of the Oklahoma Water Resources Board;\n\n3. The proposed plan of organization, operation and such\n\nadditional data and information required by rules of the Board; and\n\n4.
