Stat. tit. 82, § 82-105.13","heading":"Seasonal, temporary, term and provisional permits -","body":"Limited quantity stream water permits.\n\nA. The Oklahoma Water Resources Board is authorized to issue,\n\nin addition to regular permits, seasonal, temporary, term or\n\nprovisional temporary permits at any time the Board finds such\n\nissuance will not impair or interfere with domestic uses or existing\n\nrights of prior appropriators and may do so even where it finds no\n\nunappropriated water is available for a regular permit. All\n\nseasonal, temporary, term and provisional temporary permits shall\n\ncontain a provision making them subject to all rights of prior\n\nappropriators. If any such permit is for water impounded in any\n\nworks for storage, diversion or carriage of water, the applicant\n\nmust comply with the provisions of Section 105.21 of this title.\n\nB. Except as otherwise provided by this section, application,\n\nnotice and administrative hearing as provided in Sections 105.9\n\nthrough 105.12 of this title shall be required for all permits. A\n\nprovisional temporary permit may be immediately and summarily\n\ngranted upon administrative approval by the Executive Director.\n\nProvisional temporary permits shall:\n\n1. Not be effective for a period of more than ninety (90) days\n\nexcept for the oil and natural gas industry;\n\n2. Be granted at the discretion of the Board; and\n\n3. Be subject to such terms, conditions and rules promulgated\n\nby the Board for such purposes.\n\nC. The Executive Director of the Board may administratively\n\nissue permits to use limited quantities of stream water. Notice,\n\nprocedures and the maximum quantity authorized for limited quantity\n\nstream water permits shall be in compliance with rules promulgated\n\nby the Board.
