Stat. tit. 82, § 82-105.24","heading":"Assignment of appropiation permit - Transfer of title","body":"to land.\n\nAny permit to appropriate water may be assigned, but no\n\nassignment shall be binding, except upon the parties thereto, unless\n\nfiled for record in the office of the Board.
