Stat. tit. 82, § 82-105.25","heading":"Notice of completion - Inspection","body":"On the date set for the completion of the work, or prior\n\nthereto, upon notice from the owner that the work has been\n\ncompleted, the Board shall cause the work to be inspected after due\n\nnotice to the owner of the permit. Such inspection shall be\n\nthorough and complete, in order to determine the actual capacity of\n\nthe works, their safety and efficiency. If not properly and safely\n\nconstructed, the Board may require the necessary changes to be made\n\nwithin a reasonable time and shall not issue a certificate of\n\ncompletion until such changes are made. Failure to make such\n\nchanges within the time required by the Board shall cause the\n\npostponement of the priority under the permit for such time as may\n\nelapse from the date for completing such changes until made to the\n\nsatisfaction of the Board and applications subsequent in time shall\n\nhave the benefit of such postponement of priority; provided, the\n\nBoard may accept the report of inspection by a registered\n\nprofessional engineer.","path":["OK Code","Title 82"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os82.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"473d20ed4a1e81f2b9c2479eebf8a843708413be7d8fc756150845c238ddeaa9","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-82-82-105.24","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-82-82-105.26"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
