Stat. tit. 82, § 82-105.3","heading":"Right of eminent domain","body":"Any person, corporation or association may exercise the right of\n\neminent domain to acquire right-of-way for the storage or conveyance\n\nof water for beneficial use, including the right to enlarge existing\n\nstructures, and use the same in common with the former owner. Such\n\nright-of-way shall in all cases be so located as to do the least\n\ndamage to private or public property, consistent with proper and\n\neconomical engineering construction.
