Stat. tit. 82, § 82-105.6","heading":"Adjudication of rights - Suit","body":"When the Board determines the best interests of the claimants to\n\nthe use of water from a stream system will be served by a\n\ndetermination of all rights to the use of water of such system, the\n\nBoard may institute a suit on behalf of the state for the\n\ndetermination of all rights to the use of such water and shall\n\ndiligently prosecute the same to a final adjudication. The cost of\n\nsuch suit, including the costs on behalf of the state, shall be\n\ncharged against each of the parties thereto in proportion to the\n\namount of water rights allotted.
