Stat. tit. 82, § 82-105.9","heading":"Application for water rights","body":"Any person, firm, corporation, state or federal governmental\n\nagency, or subdivision thereof, intending to acquire the right to\n\nthe beneficial use of any water shall, before commencing any\n\nconstruction for such purposes or before taking the same from any\n\nconstructed works, make an application to the Board, together with\n\nthe filing fee authorized by law, for a permit to appropriate in the\n\nform required by rules and regulations established by the Board.\n\nSuch rules and regulations shall, in addition to providing the form\n\nand manner of preparing and presenting the application, require that\n\nsuch application state all the data necessary for the proper\n\ndescription and limitation of the right applied for, as to the\n\namount of water requested, together with such information as may be\n\nnecessary to show the method and practicability of the construction\n\nand the ability of the applicant to complete the same.","path":["OK Code","Title 82"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os82.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"51a5a84fb4390eb5aac11b52cd0a279fcd1e79cde527fb64a8907e283b537e66","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-82-82-105.8","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-82-82-1084.1"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
