Stat. tit. 82, § 82-1085.10","heading":"Procedures and appeals","body":"In the exercise of all powers and performance of all duties\n\nprovided in this act, the Oklahoma Water Resources Board shall\n\ncomply with the procedures provided in the Administrative Procedures\n\nAct. Appeals shall be taken as provided in said act.
