Stat. tit. 82, § 82-1085.11","heading":"Compilation, indexing and publishing of data","body":"The Oklahoma Water Resources Board shall compile, index and\n\npublish all available data concerning the water resources of this\n\nstate in forms that will be accessible for use by any citizen of\n\nthis state.
