Stat. tit. 82, § 82-1085.14","heading":"Continuing study of water laws - Recommendations and","body":"proposals.\n\nIn addition to its other powers, the Oklahoma Water Resources\n\nBoard is authorized and directed, within the limits of funds\n\navailable to it, to engage in a continuing study of the water laws\n\nof this state, and of changes therein required in order to carry out\n\nto the greatest practicable extent the policies, goals, objectives\n\nand recommendations contained in the \"Oklahoma Comprehensive Water\n\nPlan\" and to make recommendations and prepare proposed legislation\n\nfor such purposes.
