Stat. tit. 82, § 82-1085.16","heading":"Savings clause","body":"If any water distribution systems or districts or county water\n\nimprovement districts have ever been formed, any easements or\n\nproperty are transferred to the Oklahoma Water Resources Board for\n\nrelease of easements. All districts heretofore formed pursuant to\n\nthe provisions of Sections 281 through 447, inclusive, in Title 82\n\nof the Oklahoma Statutes, shall have the right to continue to\n\noperate pursuant to said statutes.
