Stat. tit. 82, § 82-1085.29","heading":"Federal Clean Water Act Program - Official state","body":"agency.\n\nThe Oklahoma Water Resources Board is hereby designated as the\n\nstate agency to administer, receive, and manage all programs and\n\nfunds associated with Section 314 or other applicable sections of\n\nthe Federal Clean Water Act or other subsequent state and federal\n\nclean lakes programs having the purposes of assessing, monitoring,\n\nstudying and restoring Oklahoma lakes, provided such funds from\n\nFederal Clean Water Act sources are administered and disbursed by\n\nthe Office of the Secretary of Environment. In conducting the clean\n\nlakes program, the Board shall employ a cooperative agreement with\n\nthe Conservation Commission with regard to lake watersheds. The\n\nConservation Commission may cooperate with the Oklahoma Water\n\nResources Board in providing land use inventory/assessment and\n\nstream monitoring portion of the clean lakes program. The Water\n\nResources Board may enter into cooperative agreements with other\n\nfederal, state and local agencies as necessary.
