Stat. tit. 82, § 82-1085.32","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in Sections 1085.33 through 1085.39 of this title:\n\n1. \"Project\" means:\n\na. any engineering undertaking or work to conserve and\n\ndevelop surface or subsurface water resources or to\n\ncontrol or develop sewage treatment facilities of the\n\nstate for all useful and lawful purposes by the\n\nacquisition, improvement, extension or construction of\n\ndams, reservoirs and other water storage projects,\n\nincluding underground storage projects, filtration and\n\nwater treatment plants,\n\nb. any system necessary to distribute water from storage\n\nto points of distribution, or to filtration and\n\ntreatment plants,\n\nc. facilities for the distribution of water from storage\n\nor filtration and treatment plants to wholesale or\n\nretail purchasers, and\n\nd. any system necessary to improve or develop sewage\n\ntreatment, collection or distribution capabilities.\n\n2. \"Investment certificate\" means any note or bond, including\n\nany renewal note or refunding bond, authorized and issued by the\n\nBoard for the purposes set forth in Sections 1085.31 through 1085.39\n\nof this title.\n\n3. \"Eligible entity\" means any city, town, county or the State\n\nof Oklahoma, and any rural water or sewer district, irrigation\n\ndistrict, public trust, master conservancy district or other\n\npolitical subdivision or any combination thereof.","path":["OK Code","Title 82"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os82.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"f4efa6faa6f449693b3134574453baef1df2d6f39b9ca348c74adabb363e8ef5","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-82-82-1085.31","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-82-82-1085.33"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
