Stat. tit. 82, § 82-1085.44","heading":"Monies appropriated to Statewide Water Development","body":"Revolving Fund - Use as security and collateral.\n\nIn addition to the purposes outlined in Section 1085.40 of Title\n\n82 of the Oklahoma Statutes, all monies appropriated by the\n\nLegislature to the Statewide Water Development Revolving Fund may be\n\nused by the Board for security and collateral for investment\n\ncertificates issued by the Board pursuant to Section 1085.33 of\n\nTitle 82 of the Oklahoma Statutes. Furthermore, the Board is hereby\n\ndirected to manage and administer the Statewide Water Development\n\nRevolving Fund so as to maintain a revolving fund balance adequate\n\nto sufficiently back any and all outstanding investment\n\ncertificates.
