Stat. tit. 82, § 82-1085.5","heading":"Account book","body":"The Oklahoma Water Resources Board shall keep an account of all\n\nfees in a book provided for that purpose, showing the amount charged\n\nand the amount received, from whom and for what purpose, and the\n\ndate thereof.
