Stat. tit. 82, § 82-1085.52","heading":"Definitions","body":"For the purposes of the Clean Water State Revolving Fund\n\nProgram:\n\n1. \"Water quality project\" means:\n\na. any engineering undertaking or work to control or\n\ndevelop sewage treatment facilities of the state for\n\nall useful and lawful purposes,\n\nb. any system necessary to improve or develop sewage\n\ntreatment, collection or distribution capabilities,\n\nc. urban storm water activities that are administered\n\nunder the Oklahoma Brownfields Voluntary Redevelopment\n\nAct for eligible entities that have obtained a draft\n\nor final permit pursuant to the National Pollution\n\nDischarge Elimination Act or the Oklahoma Pollution\n\nDischarge Elimination Act, or\n\nd. capital works, capital improvements, capital\n\nequipment, environmental cleanups, land acquisition,\n\nor implementation of management practices for the\n\npurpose of protecting or improving surface or\n\nunderground water quality through watershed management\n\nor reduction of nonpoint source pollution as\n\nauthorized by the federal Water Quality Act of 1987\n\nand Section 1085.65 of this title,\n\ne. any implementation of estuary conservation and\n\nmanagement programs as authorized by the federal Water\n\nQuality Act of 1987,\n\nf. any other water quality project as may be authorized\n\nby the federal Water Quality Act of 1987;\n\n2. \"Investment certificate\" means any note or bond, including\n\nany renewal note or refunding bond, authorized and issued by the\n\nBoard pursuant to the provisions of this act;\n\n3. \"Eligible entity\" means any city, town, county or the State\n\nof Oklahoma, and any rural sewer district, public trust, master\n\nconservancy district, any other political subdivision or any\n\ncombination thereof;\n\n4. \"Board\" means the Oklahoma Water Resources Board;\n\n5. \"Clean Water State Revolving Fund Loan Account\" means the\n\nClean Water State Revolving Fund Loan Account created pursuant to\n\nSection 1085.53 of this title;\n\n6. \"Clean Water State Revolving Fund Loan Administrative Fund\"\n\nmeans the Clean Water State Revolving Fund Loan Administrative Fund\n\ncreated pursuant to Section 1085.64 of this title;\n\n7. \"Conservation Commission\" means the Oklahoma Conservation\n\nCommission;\n\n8. \"Department\" means the Department of Environmental Quality;\n\nand\n\n9. \"Federal Water Quality Act of 1987\" means the federal Water\n\nQuality Act of 1987 as exists on July 1, 1988, as may be amended,\n\nand any successor statute.","path":["OK Code","Title 82"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os82.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"b2ff3a63fa8ec7c5bce144586f3f65c311de9198a537ca3b23f018b1523c32a1","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-82-82-1085.51","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-82-82-1085.53"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
