Stat. tit. 82, § 82-1085.56","heading":"Rules - Minimum requirements","body":"The Oklahoma Water Resources Board shall promulgate such rules\n\nas may be necessary for determining the eligibility and priority of\n\nentities for water quality projects in order to receive loans made\n\npursuant to the federal Water Quality Act of 1987 and from the Clean\n\nWater State Revolving Fund Loan Account. At a minimum, such rules\n\nshall:\n\n1. Ensure the fair and equitable prioritization of entities\n\neligible for loans made pursuant to the provisions of this act;\n\n2. Be in conformance with applicable provisions of Oklahoma's\n\nWater Quality Standards, the Oklahoma Environmental Quality Code,\n\nand the federal Water Quality Act of 1987;\n\n3. Require that to be approved, an applicant needs or will need\n\nthe water quality project loan to comply with rules promulgated by\n\nthe Environmental Quality Board pursuant to the Oklahoma\n\nEnvironmental Quality Code, or the Conservation Commission,\n\nwhichever has jurisdiction; and\n\n4. Require the water quality project to:\n\na. be designed to halt or prevent the pollution of the\n\nwaters of this state and comply with Oklahoma's Water\n\nQuality Standards,\n\nb. meet the Board's established environmental review\n\ncriteria as provided for by the federal Water Quality\n\nAct of 1987,\n\nc. comply with minimum standards of the Federal Water\n\nPollution Control Act, Chapter 26, Title 33, United\n\nStates Code, or any similar or successor statute, and\n\nd. meet any other consideration deemed necessary by the\n\nBoard.","path":["OK Code","Title 82"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os82.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"8c5b828952b9d90eed480f7d0bdfab42c84b7114a8d8fc8489ef178c8ba2529f","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-82-82-1085.55","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-82-82-1085.57"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
