Stat. tit. 82, § 82-1085.61","heading":"Default - Collection actions by Attorney General","body":"In the event of a default in payment of the principal or\n\ninterest on loans made from the Clean Water State Revolving Fund\n\nLoan Account pursuant to this act, the Attorney General is empowered\n\nand it shall be the duty of the Attorney General to take action to\n\ncollect amounts due to the account. The Attorney General shall\n\ninstitute appropriate proceedings by mandamus or other legal\n\nremedies to compel the defaulting party and its officers, agents,\n\nand employees to cure the default by performing duties that they are\n\nlegally obligated to perform.
