The Board shall prepare an annual intended use plan and\n\nshall submit such plan to the United States Environmental Protection\n\nAgency. The plan shall contain all information required by Section\n\n606(c) of the federal Water Quality Act of 1987 and may contain such\n\nother information as the Board may determine. An opportunity for\n\npublic review of and comment on the plan before submittal shall be\n\nprovided.\n\nB.
