Stat. tit. 82, § 82-1085.7A","heading":"Community Water Infrastructure Development Revolving","body":"Fund\n\nA. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Oklahoma Water Resources Board to be designated the\n\n\"Community Water Infrastructure Development Revolving Fund\".\n\nB. The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal\n\nyear limitations, and shall consist of all monies received by the\n\nOklahoma Water Resources Board from the apportionment of gross\n\nproduction tax revenues as prescribed by Section 1004 of Title 68 of\n\nthe Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nC. All monies accruing to the credit of said fund are hereby\n\nappropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Oklahoma Water\n\nResources Board for the purpose of establishing and maintaining\n\ncritical water infrastructure in all areas of the state, including\n\nprojects to implement the recommendations of the Oklahoma\n\nComprehensive Water Plan.\n\nD.
