Stat. tit. 82, § 82-1085.7B","heading":"OWRB Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma Water Resources Board to be designated the “OWRB\n\nRevolving Fund”. The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject\n\nto fiscal year limitations and shall consist of all monies collected\n\nby the Oklahoma Water Resources Board which are not otherwise\n\ndesignated.
