There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Oklahoma Water Resources Board to be designated the\n\n\"Phase II Arbuckle-Simpson Hydrology Study Revolving Fund\".\n\nB. The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal\n\nyear limitations, and shall consist of all monies received by the\n\nOklahoma Water Resources Board from the appropriations,\n\napportionments, donations, federal grants and fee revenues\n\ndesignated for the purposes of completing in coordination with\n\nrelevant state and federal agencies, specifically including the\n\nUnited States Geological Survey, data collection and development of\n\nan enhanced hydrologic framework and modeling of the eastern\n\nArbuckle-Simpson Groundwater Basin necessary for purposes of\n\nimplementing the requirements of subsection A of Section 1020.9 of\n\nTitle 82 of the Oklahoma Statutes, or as otherwise appropriate for\n\nthe Board's performance of its lawful function, which work is\n\nnecessary for completion of Phase II of the Arbuckle-Simpson\n\nHydrology Study.\n\nC. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby\n\nappropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Oklahoma Water\n\nResources Board for the purpose of implementing Phase II of the\n\nArbuckle-Simpson Hydrology Study. The Board shall coordinate with\n\nEast Central University and the United States Geological Survey for\n\nthe purpose of defining the study scope and conducting the work\n\nnecessary to complete data collection and the development of an\n\nenhanced hydrologic framework and modeling of the eastern Arbuckle-\n\nSimpson Groundwater Basin necessary for purposes of implementing the\n\nrequirements of subsection A of Section 1020.9 of Title 82 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes, or as otherwise appropriate for the Board's\n\nperformance of its lawful function. The Board may coordinate with\n\nother relevant state and federal agencies necessary for the purposes\n\nof this fund.\n\nD.
