Stat. tit. 82, § 82-1085.81","heading":"Default in payments","body":"In the event of a default in payment of the principal or\n\ninterest on loans made from the Drinking Water Treatment Revolving\n\nLoan Account pursuant to this act, the Attorney General is empowered\n\nand it shall be his or her duty to take action to collect amounts\n\ndue to the account. The Attorney General shall institute\n\nappropriate proceedings by mandamus or other legal remedies to\n\ncompel the defaulting party and its officers, agents, and employees\n\nto cure the default by appropriate means, including performing\n\nduties that they are legally obligated to perform.
