Stat. tit. 82, § 82-1085.82","heading":"Joint operating agreement between Department and","body":"Board.\n\nIn order to comply with the requirements of federal and state\n\nlaws, the Department of Environmental Quality and the Oklahoma Water\n\nResources Board shall enter into a written joint operating agreement\n\nto carry out with efficiency their respective duties under this act.\n\nAt a minimum, the agreement shall provide for the following:\n\n1. Joint procedures consistent with this act to establish\n\ncriteria for determining the interest rates on loans to be made from\n\nthe Drinking Water Treatment Revolving Loan Account. Such criteria\n\nmay incorporate applicable United States Environmental Protection\n\nAgency and Rural Development Administration guidelines for financial\n\nassistance; and\n\n2. Submission of an annual joint report by the Department and\n\nthe Board to the Governor and to the Speaker of the House of\n\nRepresentatives and the President Pro Tempore of the Senate within\n\none hundred twenty (120) days of the end of each fiscal year\n\nconcerning the Drinking Water Treatment Revolving Loan Account and\n\nimplementation of the provisions of this act. The report shall\n\ncontain information to show the actual use and the recipients of\n\nloans made from the Drinking Water Treatment Revolving Loan Account.\n\nIn addition, the report shall contain five-year demand projections\n\non anticipated loan funds required and ten-year and twenty-year\n\nprojections as to possible funding needs for drinking water\n\ntreatment projects which may be eligible for financial assistance\n\npursuant to this act.","path":["OK Code","Title 82"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os82.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"808765a60e14fc2262599d7e8bdbb4385151a5f950845bb899d9e39e5502b9d4","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-82-82-1085.81","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-82-82-1085.83"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
