The Department of Environmental Quality shall prepare an\n\nannual intended use plan with the cooperation of the Board and shall\n\nsubmit such plan to the United States Environmental Protection\n\nAgency. The plan shall contain all information required by\n\npertinent provisions of the federal Safe Drinking Water Act and may\n\ncontain such other information as the Department may determine. An\n\nopportunity for public review of and comment on the plan before\n\nsubmittal shall be provided.\n\nB. The Department shall prepare a biennial report with the\n\ncooperation of the Board and shall submit such report to the United\n\nStates Environmental Protection Agency.
