Stat. tit. 82, § 82-1086.3","heading":"Transaction of certain business for profit by members","body":"prohibited.\n\nA. It shall be unlawful for any member, officer or employee of\n\nthe Water Resources Board to transact with the Board, either\n\ndirectly or indirectly, any business for profit of such member,\n\nofficer or employee; and any person, firm or corporation knowingly\n\nparticipating therein shall be equally liable for violation of this\n\nprovision.\n\nB. The term “business for profit” shall include, but not be\n\nlimited to, the acceptance or payment of any fee, commission, gift\n\nor consideration to such member, officer or employee.\n\nC.
